I think it would be great to see pictures of everyday life at SMAT to give a sort of sneak peak into the ‘student life’ at SMAT

My training at SMAT gave me a great foundation on which to enter the workplace and excell.  After working in the Grand Rapids area as an A&P mechanic for 8 years I went out with New Tribes Mission Aviation eventually ending up in Bolivia S. America.  I now serve with New Tribes at the NTMA training base in Southern Arizona.  Keep up the good work guys!

Hello I resently met one of your students in Lansing at a Christian Fellowship.  I don’t know why I didn’t find you guys earlyer I have always wanted to go to a collage like yours, and I took a powerplant class in highschool.  One of my good friends is graduating from lcc as an AP, but Im going to study the word at GLCC but I would love to attend smat in the future after 4 years of bible collage.  Is there anything I should do in the mean time that could prepare me for smat.

It was great to hear of your interest in SMAT, Chris.  We certainly would welcome you to continue your training with us when you’ve completed your Bible training.  Actually there is little you need to do to prepare for your time at SMAT.  However, I would recommend that you stop over to Ionia some day and tour the facility.  At that time, we could look at your preparation for future christian service and give some counsel as to the preparation necessary for an aviation ministry.  We look forward to further communication.
