SMAT is one of the few schools to offer a comprehensive course in Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Maintenance training that can be completed in just one year. The program is FAA approved and provides training and preparation for the FAA written, oral, and practical mechanics tests.

Tuition & Fees - $25,000 Total

Tuition and lab fees for the full Aviation Maintenance School training (A & P Certificate) for the 2019-2020 school year are as follows:

Payment 1 - $5,750 - due August 23, 2019

  • Tuition/lab fee: $6,250
  • Registration: $ -500.00

Payment 2, Tuition/lab fee - $6,250 - due November 18, 2019

Payment 3 Tuition/lab fee - $6,250 - due February 17, 2020

Payment 4 Tuition/lab fee - $6,250 - due May 18, 2020

Please Note:

  • Additional costs will be incurred for tools and FAA testing.
  • Payments are due and payable on the first day of each period as stated above.
  • On individual basis, students may be afforded the opportunity to make payments throughout the billing periods. However, a student may be asked to withdraw from the program if a delinquency in payment persists.
  • Students are responsible for their individual room and board.
